What is Handshake?
Handshake is your pathway to career connections. It is the biggest online career resource platform in the country with over 9 million active student users, more than 1400 colleges and universities, and 600k+ employers, and it was built just for college students and alumni. Use Handshake to search for jobs and internships, schedule appointments with our office, and register for our events.
Handshake is available to all current students and alumni of Bridgewater College.
Getting Started
Getting started with Handshake is easy. You already have an account as a Bridgewater College student, all you need to do is activate it!
Step 1: Go to http://bridgewater.joinhandshake.com and login with your student email. Here is Handshake’s guide to getting started with Handshake for the first time.
Step 2: Complete your profile. Handshake uses this information to tailor jobs and internships directly to your interests as well as connect you to potential employers. 80% of students who share their interests on Handshake receive a message from a recruiter.
