Kevin Epps, a Bridgewater College senior, will present a saxophone recital on Friday, April 1, at 5 p.m. in the Concert Hall of the Carter Center for Worship and Music on the College’s campus.
Epps will open the program with “Woodland Serenade and Rondo” by Catherine McMichael, prelude by David Pope. “Amherst Etudes” by Paul Kinsman will follow. Epps will be accompanied by Amy Robertson, adjunct instructor of music at Bridgewater College, for the first two pieces. The program will conclude with Epps performing an original piece.
A music major from Chesterfield, Va., Epps is a member of the jazz and symphonic bands at BC. He studies under Anthony Cincotta, adjunct instructor of music at Bridgewater College.
The recital is free and open to the public.
