Theatre at Bridgewater College presents Death of a Salesman by Arthur Miller beginning Thursday April 7, through Saturday, April 9, in Cole Hall on the College’s campus. The show will begin at 8 p.m. each night. Tickets are free.

Considered one of the greatest plays of the 20th century, Death of a Salesman is set in 1940s New York and told through a montage of memories, dreams and arguments of the main character, a traveling salesman who is disappointed with his life. The play explores a variety of themes including the American Dream, the anatomy of truth and infidelity. Death of a Salesman is recommended for mature audiences because of a depiction of death by suicide.

The show is an honors project directed by senior psychology and business administration double major Kylie Chisnell of Owings Mills, Md. Death of a Salesman is presented by special arrangement with Broadway Licensing, LLC, servicing the Dramatists Play Service collection.
